Mmmmm....Bacon!

I'got the perfect cure for a hangover! Not that I've had a hangover recently, or anything...if you're reading this, you weren't over in my neighborhood at Vino Vino watching me drink a half bottle of wine last night? No? Good, cause that wasn't me. Anyway...the latest from researchers suggests you sizzle up the bacon after a long happy hour that lasted way more than an hour. "Bread is high in carbohydrates and bacon is full of protein, which breaks down into amino acids. Your body needs these amino acids, so eating them will make you feel good."
Ms Roberts told The Mirror: "Bingeing on alcohol depletes neurotransmitters too, but bacon contains a high level of aminos which tops these up, giving you a clearer head."
Researchers also found a complex chemical interaction in the cooking of bacon produces the winning combination of taste and smell which is almost irresistible.
The reaction between amino acids in the bacon and reducing sugars in the fat is what provides the sandwich with its appeal.

New Rob Thomas from Matchbox Twenty!
Back from the left coast.
Cali was a blast. You know when you haven't had a vacation for almost a year and you get the chance to get away? Feels great. Everyone needs to disconnect for a few days. I love the beach or anywhere there's a bigger body of water than my bathtub. I found a great condo beach house in Hermosa Beach that is perfect for beach lovers. Go to www.beach-house.com/hermosa if you are ever looking for a getaway on the California Coast. I highly recommend Hermosa Beach! It's the right spot for a great beach town that's close enough to the action of L.A. in southern California. Here's me near the Promenade in Santa Monica. Now that I'm back to A town I already miss that sand in my shoes!
Queen Elizabeth's IPOD loaded with crap!
By now you might have heard the Prez gave Queen Elizabeth 2 an IPOD for a gift as he is touring England on the latest Presidental trip...cool, but can't see the Queen hitting the gym with the Ipod armband and these showtunes...but it's for real.
